Step 1 · Upgrade mode
Put your K11 in upgrade mode
- 1.Hold the volume knob ~2 seconds.
- 2.Turn to UPDATE, short-press, then choose Y.
- 3.The screen shows RETURN — it's now in IAP mode.
Step 2 · Verify
Check the link
A read-only handshake confirms the bootloader is responding before anything is written. Optional, but recommended.
Step 3 · Firmware
Load firmware
Pick the official FiiO .hex for your unit. It must start at the app base — wrong images are rejected.
Step 4 · Write
Write it
Only the app region is erased — the bootloader survives, so a failed flash is always re-flashable. Don't disconnect mid-write.

Confirm flash
This erases the app region and writes the new image. Keep FiiO's tool as a fallback.
